Capacity to Contract
Orders can only be placed with Prêt à Prep by persons with capacity to contract, who are over the age of either 18 or 21 as legislated in your state of residence.

Shipping
Prêt à Prepcan only ship to locations within Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA and Hong Kong. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.
Confirmation of order
All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Prêt à Prep. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Prêt à Prep reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.
Payment
Prêt à Prep is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the case of payment by cheque, this would mean the clearing of funds represented by the cheque. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Prêt à Prep may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.
All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable, unless stated.
Purpose of Goods

Clearance / Sale Items
All Clearance / Sale items purchased through our website are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Online Purchases
What happens if I don’t like the products I ordered?
Unfortunately we do not offer samples of mascara or lash serum products and can not provide returns on opened lash and eye products.
We are unable to offer returns due to change of mind.
No returns on sale items except as required by law.
What about if the product breaks, is faulty, or is not what I ordered?
In this case, we will happily provide you with a refund, replacement, exchange or store credit, including all postage costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
In some cases we can also accept returns of beauty products (for therapist prescribed products only) where you have experienced irritation or allergic reaction. If this occurs, please contact us and ask to speak with one of our trained skin consultants, so that we can determine the nature of the problem. Allergy returns must not be more than 20% used.
